libscalar-defer-perl software package provides module providing lazy evaluation for Perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libscalar-defer-perl
libscalar-defer-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libscalar-defer-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libscalar-defer-perl *
You will get with libscalar-defer-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
